How does it work?
- Contact me to provide me with your design requirements, or use the sel-service tool to place your order.
- If you’ve contacted me directly, I’ll send a quote for your approval. If you’ve ordered online, you will be prompted to follow through with payment.
- Receive your design within 2–3 working days.
- Review it and request any changes if needed.
- Receive your final design in all formats, right to your computer or smart device.
- Save your files—they’re ready to reuse anytime.
What are JPEG, PNG and PDF formats?
- JPEG is great for photos and has a small file size, but the quality might be slightly reduced to keep the file light.
- PNG keeps full image quality and supports transparent backgrounds—perfect for clean, detailed graphics.
- PDF is ideal for documents, presentations, and printing, as it keeps the layout and quality of both text and images intact.
When will I receive my design?
- Once you place your order, I’ll create your design using the details you provided.
- You’ll usually receive it in 2–3 business days — often sooner! If it takes longer, I’ll let you know upfront.
May I request changes to the design I received?
- Yes, you may request changes! Your order includes two free revisions. After that, extra changes will cost a little more.
How will I receive my design?
- Once you approve the design, I’ll email the final files (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.), right to your computer or smart device.
- Be sure to download and save them for future use.
Does the cost include the printing of my design?
- No, printing isn’t included. The price covers design and final files only. Printing or production is for your own cost.
Why does the colour on my screen look different to the colour that was printed?
- Colours on screen may look different when printed. Screens use RGB (red, green, blue) colours, while printers use CMYK (Cyan, magenta, yellow, key – black).
- I recommend doing a test print before approving the final design.
