1. Terms of use:
1.1 All products sold on this website are intangible designs only. The product is a design / artwork that will be emailed to the client, once it is approved and completed. It is not a tangible, physical, printed product; it is a virtual, downloadable product.
1.2 Time to Design (Now referred to as TtD) reserves the right to change the pricing and / or product offerings on this website, without prior notice.
1.3 It is recommended that the client downloads and stores any final artwork files supplied to them. Once they have been sent to the client, they become the client’s property and (TtD) cannot be held responsible for loss or recovery thereof.
1. Design:
2.1 The purchase price of the design includes two revisions, meaning that the client may request changes to the design, twice, no matter how big or small. Thereafter, further changes to the design will be billed separately, at an hourly rate of R350 p/h.
2.2 While the lead time to receive the first draft of the design is 2-3 working days, sometimes, (TtD) may need a little more time to prepare the client’s design, however, any such delay will be communicated to the client.
2.3 After an artwork draft has been sent to the client, response / feedback is required within 30 days (unless the client has notified us of any possible delays in communication, for any reason). Should the client fail to respond or provide feedback after 30 days, the order will be considered complete, and no refund will be permitted.
2.4 The prices displayed, are for design services only, and exclude the purchasing of licenced images or fonts, if required. Should the client request specific imagery or fonts that need to be purchased for their design, this will be done at an additional cost, for the client’s expense.
2.5 Should the client already have a logo they wish to use, they need to supply it to (TtD) in high-resolution pdf format. Logos supplied in any other format will need to be redrawn, to be of a high enough resolution, to make use of. Should a logo need to be redrawn, it will incur the cost of designing a new logo, for the client’s expense.
2.6 Once the final artwork is approved and supplied to the client, (TtD) is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical or typographical errors, omissions or incorrect information in the final product. Any changes that are required post approval will incur an additional design fee, at an hourly rate of R350 p/h, even if the client still has one or two revisions remaining from the first purchase.
3. Cancellation:
3.1 After two revisions, should the client still be unsatisfied with the design presented to them and wish to cancel the order, the client must notify (TtD) within 14 days. In such cases, (TtD) will provide a 50% refund of the purchase price. Please note that 100% refund will not be permitted, due to the work already carried out on the order.
3.2 (TtD) reserves the right to decline a client’s purchase at their own discretion. Should (TtD) be unable / unwilling, for any reason, to create the design the client has requested, (TtD) will provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus any transaction fees that have been applied to the purchase by a third party, such as PayFast / bank charges.
3.3 Should a client purchase a product and then change their mind and wish to cancel the order, (TtD) will provide a full refund, minus any transaction fees that have been applied to the purchase by a third party, such as PayFast / bank charges.
4. Disclaimer:
4.1 Please note that the colour displayed on screen may not be identical to the printed/finished product. This is because images viewed digitally are a composite of red, green and blue (RGB), whereas digital printing is a composite of cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK). (TtD) will not be responsible for any colour variations when printing, as these factors are beyond control. Should the client purchase a product that requires printing, it is advisable to do a test print first, before approving and accepting the final product.
4.2 Should the client provide text, images or any other data, the client declares that they hold the appropriate copyright and/or trademark and/or license permissions to make use of such data. The ownership and responsibility of the use of such data will remain with the client, or rightful copyright or trademark owner. By providing it to (TtD), the client gives us permission to use this material freely, in the pursuit of their design.
